Recipe
Preparation time — 30 minutes
Cooking time-20 minutes
Servings- 4
Ingredients-
Kashish Soya Chaap- 1 can
Red Bell pepper- 1 large
Coriander leaves- handfuls
Garlic cloves- 3
Vinegar- 1 TBSP
Salt to taste
Dry red chillies — 3-4
Mustard oil- 2 TBSP
Directions —
1. Take out the soya chaaps from a can.
2. Wash them thoroughly with lukewarm water.
3. Boil the soya chaaps for 15 minutes & keep it aside.
4. To prepare Peri-Peri sauce, add red bell pepper, garlic, vinegar, coriander leaves, salt to taste, red dried chillies 🌶️ & 1-tsp mustard oil into a grinding jar. Blend all together into a smooth paste
5. Apply sauce on soya chaaps and marinate it for about 15-20 minutes.
6. In a grilling, pan add 1-tbsp mustard oil and heat it on high flame.
7. Place the marinated soya chaaps and grill until golden brown & cooked well.
8. Peri-peri soya chaaps are ready, serve them with your favourite dip & salad.
