To make Juicy and Crunchy and Best Fried Chicken Bites you will need following Ingredients:

Chicken Breast 1
Egg 2
Black Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder ½ teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder ½ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oregano ½ teaspoon
Corn Flour & all-purpose flour (Maida) 2 tablespoons each
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 teaspoon
Soya Sauce 1 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Sauce / Hot Sauce 1 tablespoon
Cooking Oil for frying

Method to make Bite Sized Chicken Popcorn:

— In Egg, Add Black Pepper, Salt, Red chili powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Oregano, Corn Flour, All-purpose flour (Maida), Ginger Garlic Paste, Soya Sauce and Chili Hot Sauce.
— Add the Chicken and marinate for 1 hour (marinate is optional but highly recommended)
— In All-purpose flour (Maida), Add Corn Flour, Black Pepper Powder and Salt.
— Now coat the Chicken first in the prepared flour coating, then dip in Egg and finally coat again with the Coating Flour.
— Deep fry for until Golden Brown.

KFC Style Chicken Popcorn is ready.
